What do I need to install a Smart Thermostat in my property?To install an Inspire Smart Thermostat, you'll need a Wi-Fi internet connection and a heating system that supports external controls.
Will this work with my central heating system?Inspire Smart Thermostats are compatible with most central heating systems that support external controls. Compatibility depends on the type of heating system you have.
Does your system work with multi-zone heating systems?Yes. Both the Ignite Touch and LITE thermostats support multi-zone heating, allowing you to control each zone independently from a single account.
How much does it cost? Are there any ongoing fees?We offer a range of products to suit different applications. Most products have no ongoing fees, although the Calendar version includes an annual subscription.
Can I control my underfloor heating?Yes, Inspire Smart Thermostats are compatible with many underfloor heating systems. Compatibility depends on the type of system you have.
Can I install your system in a property that does not have an internet connection yet?Yes. You can install and commission the system before an internet connection is available, but functionality will be limited until it is connected to the internet.
What is the difference between the Lite and Touch?Both thermostats provide reliable smart heating control, but the Ignite Touch offers additional features and greater flexibility.
Do you offer an installation option?We do not offer an installation service directly, but our thermostats can be installed by most qualified electricians, plumbers, or heating engineers.
