Inspire Home Automation Smart Thermostats are compatible with the vast majority of central heating systems. As long as your heating system supports external controls, it is likely to be compatible.
Combi boilers
If you have a combi boiler, check the installation manual to confirm that it supports external controls. Almost all modern combi boilers do.
Conventional heating systems
If you have a conventional system with a hot water cylinder, and you already have standard heating controls (such as a programmer and/or room thermostat), an Inspire Smart Thermostat can usually replace your existing controls.
Please note: Inspire Smart Thermostats cannot directly replace a Honeywell SmartFit (available 1999 - 2014) system without replacing additional components.
Electric boilers
If you have an electric boiler, it is compatible provided it supports external controls. Most electric boilers do.
