Inspire Home Automation Smart Thermostats can control many underfloor heating systems, although compatibility varies depending on the installation.
Wet underfloor heating
If your wet underfloor heating is controlled by standard room thermostats, then yes, our system can control it.
If your wet underfloor heating uses a proprietary control system, compatibility will depend on the manufacturer and model.

Electric underfloor heating
Electric underfloor heating can usually be controlled by an Inspire Smart Thermostat, provided the electrical load is switched via a suitable contactor.
Please note: Inspire thermostats measure air temperature only and do not support a floor temperature probe.
Wood and vinyl flooring
If your underfloor heating is installed beneath wood or vinyl flooring, always check the flooring manufacturer's maximum temperature specification. Overheating the floor may cause permanent damage.
