If your thermostat appears to be ignoring the programmed schedule or changing the temperature unexpectedly, one of the following settings may be responsible.
1. Check Restrict Set Points
If Set point under Restrict Set Points are enabled, then the target temperature can be changed on the Thermostat.
2. Check Time Zone
Please ensure your time zone is set correctly. You can find this under Settings -> Time.
3. Check Time is correct on Thermostat
Please ensure your time is set correctly. You can find this under Settings -> Time.
