Whether you can control radiators individually depends on how your heating system is installed.
Our thermostats control heating zones, not individual radiators. This means that for a radiator to be controlled independently, it must be part of its own heating zone.
To achieve individual radiator control:
Each radiator (or group of radiators) must have its own dedicated flow and return pipework.
Each zone must be controlled by its own zone valve or heating manifold.
Each zone requires its own compatible thermostat.
If all of your radiators are connected to a single heating circuit, they will all heat together whenever that zone calls for heat. Turning individual radiators on or off in this type of system can only be achieved using manual or thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs), not by the thermostat itself.
