The temperature is changing and not following the schedule

If your thermostat isn't following its schedule, check whether Restricted Set Points, Motion Rules, or Optimised Start are enabled, as these features can affect how and when the heating operates.

If your thermostat appears to be ignoring the programmed schedule or changing the temperature unexpectedly, one of the following settings may be responsible.

1. Check Restrict Set Points

If Set point under Restrict Set Points are enabled, then the target temperature can be changed on the Thermostat.

2. Check Motion Rules

If Motion Rules are enabled, the thermostat may automatically adjust the heating based on occupancy or activity. This can override the normal schedule depending on how the rules have been configured.

3. Check Optimised Start

If Optimised Start is enabled, the thermostat will begin heating before the scheduled start time so that your property reaches the target temperature by the programmed time. This is normal behaviour and may make it appear that the schedule is not being followed.

If you've checked these settings and your thermostat is still not operating as expected, please contact Inspire Home Automation Support for further assistance.
