If your thermostat is displaying the wrong temperature, the solution depends on how far the reading differs from the actual room temperature.

Minor Differences (Up to ±5°C)

If the temperature reading is only slightly inaccurate (within ±5°C), you can correct it using the Temperature Offset setting.

  1. Log in to your account on the website or phone app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Adjust the Temperature Offset within Advanced until the displayed temperature matches the actual room temperature.

Temperature Reading 1 degree

If the temperature is reading 1 degree then the sensor has been damaged. Please contact us to arrange a repair.
