If your Relay Module is not communicating with the Gateway, follow the steps below to restore the connection.

1. Check Relay Power Supply
Ensure the Relay Module has power. Check that the indicator lights on the Relay Module are illuminated. If there are no lights, press a button to see if it illuminates. If not, check the wiring and power supply to the unit.

2. Reset the Gateway and Relay Module
Restart both devices to re-establish communication.

  • Unplug the Gateway power supply.

  • Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

  • Power cycle the Relay Module. This often involves switching the boiler off then back on again.

3. Check Signal Range
Wireless signal strength can affect communication.

  • Temporarily move the Gateway into the same room as the Relay Module.

  • Reset both devices again and check if communication is restored.

4. Repair the Relay Module to the Gateway
If the units still do not connect, you may need to pair them again:

  • Press the pairing button on the Gateway (RF light will flash amber).

  • Press the pairing button on the Relay Module twice.

  • Wait for the RF light to turn solid green, indicating successful pairing.
