Pairing your NS1002 components is very rarely required and should only be performed as a last resort.
If your units are not connecting correctly, wait at least 10 minutes to allow them time to establish communication.
In most cases, connection issues are caused by radio signal strength or range problems. Please check the Radio Signal section before attempting to re-pair your devices.
If pairing is required, follow the steps below.
Pairing the Relay Module to the Internet Gateway
Press the pairing button on the back of the Gateway.
The RF light will flash amber.
Press the pairing button twice on the Relay Module.
Pairing the Thermostat to the Internet Gateway
Press the pairing button on the back of the Gateway.
The RF light will flash amber.
Press and hold the M and S buttons on the Thermostat for 5 seconds.
The RF symbol in the bottom-left corner of the display will begin flashing.
Pairing the Thermostat to the Relay Module
(This can only be done after both the Thermostat and Programmer are connected to the Internet Gateway.)
Press the pairing button on the Relay Module.
All three lights will begin flashing.
Press the appropriate channel button (CH) to select the central heating channel.
The selected light will start flashing.
On the Room Thermostat, press and hold the S and – buttons until the RF indicator in the lower-left corner begins flashing.
If pairing is successful, the RF indicators will stop flashing and remain solid, confirming that the devices are connected.
