If your thermostat is powered on but nothing is shown on the display, the Display Standby setting may be configured to turn the screen off when the thermostat is idle.
To check this setting:
Go to Settings.
Select Basic.
Check Display Standby.
You can choose one of the following options:
Dimmed Screen – The display remains visible at a reduced brightness when the thermostat is idle.
Turned Off – The display switches off when the thermostat is idle. Press any button to wake the screen.
