There are several ways to check the WiFi and RF signal strength of your Ignite Lite system.
When Logged into the App

Diagnostics
The Diagnostics page also displays both the WiFi and RF signal strengths, along with other useful connection information.
When Logged out of the App
If you do not have access to your account:
Open the Inspire app.
Select Installers.
Tap Diagnose.
Connect your phone directly to the Inspire device using Bluetooth. (You will need to be at the property to do this)
Once connected, you can view both the WiFi and RF signal strengths.
On the Smart Sensor
You can also check the RF signal strength directly from the sensor:
Hold the sensor with the leaf logo facing upwards.
Press and hold the Up arrow for 5 seconds.
The LEDs will perform a sweeping animation.
The sensor will then display 1 to 5 LEDs, indicating the current RF signal strength:
1 LED – Poor signal
2 LEDs – Fair signal
3 LEDs – Good signal
4 LEDs – Very good signal
5 LEDs – Excellent signal
Tip: For the most reliable performance, aim for a signal strength of 2 or more LEDs.
