If your Thermostat has become disconnected (for example, due to flat batteries or loss of signal), you will only be able to apply a boost to the heating. This is done locally on the receiver or remotely through the app or web interface.
The Thermostat must be reconnected before normal heating control can be restored. Please check the Thermostat batteries and ensure it is within range of the Receiver.
