If your sensor has become disconnected (for example, due to flat batteries or loss of signal), you will be unable to control your heating either locally from the thermostat or remotely through the app or web interface.
The sensor must be reconnected before normal heating control can be restored. Please check the sensor batteries and ensure it is within range of the receiver.
