What do the lights on the Receiver mean?

CH Light


Green
Thermostat Connected

Flashing Green
Thermostat connected and calling for heat from the boiler

Red
Thermostat not connected
​​Note: If the receiver has recently been restarted, it can take up to 5 minutes for the Thermostat to reconnect automatically.

To speed up the reconnection process, remove one of the batteries from the Thermostat, press any button while the battery is removed to discharge any remaining power, then reinsert the battery. The Thermostat should then attempt to reconnect immediately.


Flashing Red
Thermostat not connected, relay module calling for heat.

Pairing Light(middle)


Red
Not paired to router (This is usually when you have a new unit)

Orange(can look similar to red)
Not connected to router (This is usually when your router password is wrong)

Green
Connected to Server

Flashing Red/Orange/Green
Connecting to server (If this stays flashing this colour after connecting to a router, this usually means the there is not an Internet connection, if this is connected via a WiFi booster, then it would suggest that the booster does not have an Internet connection)

Flashing Orange/Green
Unit Unregistered - Please register the unit.

HW Light

(Not applicable for a combi boiler)

Off
Hot Water Off

Orange
Hot Water in Auto

Flashing Orange
Hot Water in Auto and calling for heat from the boiler

Green
Hot Water in Man and calling for heat from the boiler

Flashing Green
Hot Water in Boost and calling for heat from the boiler
